The successful candidate will have:

	<li>Significant industry experience within Carpentry & Joinery.
	<li>Previous experience teaching, training or assessing apprentices.
	<li>A strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and assessment requirements.
	<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
	<li>The ability to engage and motivate learners from a range of backgrounds.
	<li>A professional approach to safeguarding, learner support and assessment.
	<li>A current Enhanced DBS.

A recognised teaching qualification and relevant vocational qualifications are highly desirable.

0.6 Maths Teacher Northhampton &pound;20,695.20 - &pound;24,684.00 per annum (pro rata) Part-Time We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Maths (0.6FTE) to join our team, inspiring learners to develop confidence and achieve success in their mathematical studies. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver engaging, high-quality teaching within a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lecture and train students and other client groups to quality standards set by the College. More specifically, you will lecture students in Maths to GCSE level as directed by the Head of Faculty.</li>
<li>Tutor and manage one or more courses or groups of students.</li>
<li>Development of the Maths curriculum alongside the Head of Faculty.</li>
<li>Act as a course tutor to full-time and part-time groups with the associated organisation, administration and monitoring of attendances including the collection of data for course evaluation.</li>
</ul>
About You
To succeed in this position, you will need to be educated to Level 3 in a relevant subject. You will also need to hold or be willing to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent.
You will need to have up-to-date experience and knowledge of the Maths GCSE curriculum and experience of working in a Further Education setting is desirable.
