COME ON OVER

Our team is growing...

We'd love to hear from you, especially if you are...

We're always interested in meeting good people who share our values, enjoy building relationships and want to do work they're proud of.

At TR2 Recruitment, we specialise in education recruitment. We're growing our expertise, developing our markets and looking for people who want to be part of a team that does things a little differently.

Whether you're an experienced education recruitment consultant or looking to start a career in recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.

FANCY JOINING
TEAM
TR2?

Working in recruitment is SUPER!

...as we're sure you already know!

Super exciting, super rewarding and at times, the pressure can feel super too - we've all worked in those environments before! But here at TR2, we try to keep all the supers to positive ones, whilst minimising the more stressful side of recruitment and maximising the amazing side of it. After all, we're the good guys.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

→ SUPER HUMAN BEINGS

Our team is epic. Honestly. Simply the best human beings you'll come across. Our people are the most important part of TR2, and we'll make sure you know it and feel it too 💛 We love long walks on the beach, dinner with friends... 😉 No, but in all seriousness, our people are the kindest, funniest bunch you'll have the pleasure of calling friends...I mean, colleagues!

→ SUPER WORK SPACE

Have you seen our insta? Our HQ is mega and features electronic height adjustable desks, Apple Macs and plenty of open space to roam when on the phone. On top of this, we have a separate dedicated breakout space complete with a pool table, dart board and areas to eat, drink, and get away from your busy desk. The coffee machine is always on, and when the sun shines we crack out the weber bbq and ice cold beers for lunch too!

→ SUPER COMMISSION

Zero thresholds. Zilch. Nada. You literally earn cash on every single thing you bill! We have no idea why some places limit what you can earn by enforcing thresholds + complicated calculations to your commissions . We want you to earn the most you possibly can, so crack on!

→ SUPER HEALTH CARE

Why wouldn't we? Of course we want you looked after, and you have the peace of mind that should something go wrong, we've got you covered. Oh, and if you're married, your spouse is covered too, and if you've got little ones? Well, it goes without saying 😊

→ SUPER SUPPORT

Need help with something? Just ask! Want to progress in your field? We're here for that! Need some extra training so you feel confident in something that might be holding you back? Let's do it! We've got over 60 years experience between us and we love to see our team shine bright like the diamonds they are 🤩

→ SUPER INCENTIVES

Lunch club, Nights out, Late starts, Early finishes, Vouchers, Spotify takeover slots, Cake, Wine, Friday beers and 5* holidays...
