	<li>Experience or knowledge of electronics, maintenance and/or bench fitting
	<li>The ability to demonstrate safe working practices
	<li>Good knowledge of current engineering practices and developments
	<li>The ability to support and encourage learners in a practical workshop environment
</ul>

Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.
